In August 2024, Mako Art Market held its very first event in collaboration with Interesting Things—a cozy shop known for celebrating artists, collectors, and creative curiosities. This small but lively market marked the beginning of a growing community centered around cute art, handmade goods, and independent creators.
Featuring 13 talented artists and vendors
the market brought together a curated mix of illustrators, makers, and small businesses offering stickers, stationery, crochet items, prints, and other handmade treasures. Throughout the day, visitors explored artist tables, met creators, and discovered unique pieces they couldn’t find anywhere else.
